What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate Surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3‑OR center

  • Work Closely With Physician Offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery

  • Support Front Desk Operations — check‑ins, phones, mail, data entry, and more

  • Guide Patients Through Insurance questions with confidence and clarity

  • Keep our workflow smooth, efficient, and patient‑friendly

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred

  • Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus

  • Fast, accurate data entry and strong communication skills

  • Calm, friendly, and service‑oriented — even on busy days

  • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
