We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our team in a state-of-the-art office in South Reno.


Self-motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing, happy person needed to assist in providing exceptional care to our patients every visit. Must have great communication skills, excel in customer service, ability to multi-task, a pleasant and professional manner with patients, and a high level of attention to detail.


Our ideal candidate is quick to adapt, reliable, able to meet set goals, maintains a positive, constructive attitude, and strives to contribute to the team effort. Must be able to handle typical front desk duties such as greeting and registering patients, answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, collecting and processing payments, insurance knowledge, and checking insurance eligibility. The position rotates between 3 stations (check-in, check out, and surgery scheduling). We want this applicant to become a permanent surgery scheduler, but they will be cross trained at the front office initially. Opportunities to advance with demonstrated experience.


Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:15 am - 12:00 pm


Wage is based on skills and experience. Previous Medical, Dental, or Vision experience is preferred but not required.
