What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician with proven surgical experience who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient safety.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Active RVT credentials
Experience assisting in a high-volume surgical environment
Strong knowledge of anesthesia monitoring and patient recovery protocols
Proficiency with surgical preparation, sterile technique, and instrument handling
Confidence placing IV catheters, drawing blood, and collecting diagnostic samples
Experience with dental prophylaxis and dental radiography
The ability to anticipate the needs of veterinarians during procedures
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client education
A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
Bonus Points If You Have:
Fear Free® certification or experience utilizing Fear Free® handling techniques
Experience in an AAHA-accredited practice
Feline Friendly Practice® experience
A passion for mentoring and supporting fellow team members
