Job Description
Per Diem Plastic Surgery First Assistant (PA-C or MD, Experience Required)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable per-diem First Assistant to support our plastic surgery team on operative days.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgeon during plastic surgery procedures
- Maintain a sterile field at all times
- Perform suturing and provide intraoperative support as needed
- Ensure efficiency and adherence to surgical protocols in the OR
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Medical Doctor (MD)
- Must have surgical assisting experience in plastic surgery
- Proficient in suturing techniques
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and operating room protocols
Schedule:
- Per-diem, surgery days only
- Flexible availability required based on surgical schedule
