We Are Hiring:

Location: Baltimore, MD

Department: Surgery General

Schedule: Days | Full-time

Salary range: $92,458.08 - $130,536.36 per year

What You Will Do:
  • Patient Advocacy: Navigate patients through complex healthcare journeys to ensure continuity of care.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for providers, insurers, and community organizations.

  • Program Coordination: Oversee treatment efforts, quality benchmarks, and patient/staff education.

  • Resource Navigation: Coordinate follow-up care and social services for underinsured and uninsured individuals.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
    hire.
