Surgical / Orthopedic Staff RN – Nights
Pay: $57.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview
Sparta Networking is hiring a Surgical/Orthopedic Staff RN for night shift at a leading regional medical center in Pikeville, KY. You will provide hands-on nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients as part of a strong night-shift team. Four 12-hour nights a week — steady hours and long-term potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients
• Complete head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
• Give pre- and post-operative care and pain management
• Manage IV therapy, drains, and specialized equipment
• Document care accurately and keep patients informed

Requirements

• Active Kentucky RN license (or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• 1+ year of RN experience

What We Offer

• Starting at $57.00/hour based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3 or 4 shifts per week (8-week assignment)
