Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 with a consistent weekly structure

Clinical Focus: General sign-out with emphasis on complex specimens and tumor board participation

Academic Involvement: Resident interaction, teaching, and participation in conferences and academic activities

Call: 1:7 rotation, primarily phone-based with occasional onsite needs
