We Are Hiring:

Location: Carmel, IN

Facility: Ascension Medical Group Clinic

Specialty: Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3pm

What You Will Do:
  • Orchestrate surgical schedules to maximize the efficiency of operating rooms and equipment, ensuring the surgical team has exactly what they need, when they need it.
  • Cultivate partnerships with physician offices to gather critical patient data, balancing surgeon preferences with the department’s operational standards.
  • Manage electronic health records by verifying demographic and insurance data to eliminate administrative delays and ensure a seamless transition for patients on their day of surgery.
  • Solve complex logistical challenges in real-time, such as rescheduling cases during emergencies, to maintain a safe and responsive environment for urgent patient needs.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:

Surgery Scheduling experience preferred
