We are looking for a compassionate and organized Surgical Scheduler to join our growing surgical team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding patients through every step of their surgical experience — from education and scheduling to financing and post-operative communication.

Competitive starting pay: $15–$20/hour based on experience

As a Surgical Scheduler, you’ll help ensure patients feel educated, prepared, and supported throughout the surgical process.
Key responsibilities include:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain information clearly and compassionately
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment
Ability to multitask and manage patient scheduling efficiently
Prior medical office, surgical scheduling, or ophthalmology experience preferred but not required
