Surgical Scheduler

Location:  Milwaukee, WI

Facility:  Water Tower Medical Commons

Specialty:  Cardiology/Surgery

Schedule:  Full-time / Days

• Maximize OR schedule, equipment, and staff efficiency.
• Coordinate surgery scheduling with physician offices, meeting guidelines and patient needs.
• Allocate suites, equipment, and block times.
• Update electronic medical records with demographic and insurance info; coordinate with Patient Admitting to avoid delays.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,
  if applicable.

Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm.
