Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility

DRIVER'S LICENSE & UTILITY BILL MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION

Surg Tech | 4x10 Days | Sub w/DL + UB

Shift: 4x10 Days 0630-1700

On call: 30 minute call response time.

4-5 call shifts a month.

Years of experience REQ: 2 Years

Experience required: current surgery experience, Strong Ortho Required

Certs/Licenses: BLS, CST via NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) or TS-C via
NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing)
