Position / Specialty: Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for Spine/Neuro/ENT
Shift: 5x8s - Start times: 0630, 0900, 1100, 1445
Types of Cases REQ: 40-50 cases / day in busy OR with case mixes heavy in spine, orthopedics, vascular, general surgery and robotics.
Types of Cases Preferred: Ortho & General surgery
# of OR s: 20 Rooms
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years experience required
First-timers accepted: No.
Weekend REQ: Will work weekends as needed
National Certs REQ: BLS and NBSTSA
BLS REQ: Yes.
Is on-call REQ? Required as needed.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes.
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted: No - 100 mile radius
Pending State License accepted: Yes.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
Special Requirements:
*MN Fingerprints required as a compliance item before starting onsite*
Work Setting Experience Required: Inpatient, Trauma, Teaching Hospital, and Community Hospital
General Skills Experience Required: Crash Cart, Scrub, and Aseptic Technique. Epic Experience preferred. Preferred experience with XI robotics

Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital): *** per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital): *** per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
