Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: CVOR, General OR, Hybrid OR. Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD). Required Vascular Case Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Laparoscopic assisted cases, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Vein stripping. Required Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lung resection- Thoracotomy, VATS. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Aseptic Technique, Isolation Precautions, Laser Safety, Radiation Safety, Sharps Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Sterilization/Disinfection, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure.
