Seeking a Senior Endoscopy Technician for a quick start at an outpatient Endoscopy Center in sunny Southern California. Travelers at this facility often return and build lasting relationships with the staff. Seeking a tech with 3+ years of experience who can work collaboratively with physicians, and nursing staff.
Start date: ASAP Schedule: Mon-Fri, 0700-1530 (no weekends or holidays; no on call) Years of experience REQ: 3 years (REQUIRED- experienced Endoscopy Technicians who are either SGNA Certified or CST. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in an endoscopy center or GI Lab.) First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: No CERTS REQUIRED: SGNA OR CST (Surgical Tech) Program Completion Preferred. BLS. BLS REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Locals accepted: Yes! RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal. Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call of traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Tech will perform upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, polypectomy; biopsy, peg placement, banding, balloon dilation, Bravo; X-track; Tech should be accustomed to high level disinfection of procedural equipment.
