Job Opportunity in Mission Hills, CA

Join our team at a leading outpatient Endoscopy Center in sunny Southern California. Known for its welcoming environment, many of our team members return and build lasting relationships with the staff. This is a permanent position after a 13-week contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, polypectomy, biopsy, peg placement, banding, balloon dilation, and more.
• High-level disinfection of procedural equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an endoscopy center or GI Lab.
• SGNA education completion for GI/Endoscopy or Certified Surgical Tech (CST) with 3 years of experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Colonoscopes, EGD Scopes, EBUS, EUS, Enteroscopes, ERCP Scopes, Fiber Optics, and Flex Sigmoidoscopes.

Preferred Experience

• Olympus processor CV-190, Olympus Light Source CLV-190, and Olympus scopes 190s.
• Proficiency with CO2 insufflator, CO2 tanks with regulator, Erbe cautery with electrosurgical unit, and Olympus OER Pro.
• EPIC and ProVation software experience.
• Back Table Set Up & Room Set experience.

Schedule & Additional Information

• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 0700-1530 (no weekends or holidays; no on-call)
• Guaranteed hours with potential for one shift call-off per pay period.
• Facility covers parking costs.
