Shift:1p 730a M-F with occasional holidays.

Responsibilities
"Lead daily sterile processing operations while supporting department workflow.
"Coordinate the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies.
"Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning before patient use.
"Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
"Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination.
"Utilize Censitrac and other documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
"Minimum 4 years of Sterile Processing experience.
"Previous leadership or charge experience.
"Experience in an acute care operating room environment.
"Experience processing a wide variety of surgical instrumentation.
Required Certification
"HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD Certification
Preferred Certifications
"BLS
"CSPDT
"Additional CBSPD specialty certifications
Additional Information
"Teaching hospital environment
"Level I Trauma Center
"Floating may be required between OSU locations.
