Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Surgical Tech for their Fargo, ND location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Types of procedures required.
  • Perform surgical and operating room duties as assigned according to established policies and procedures to assist the surgeon and other health care team members in providing effective surgical care.
  • Primary patient populations: CV Vascular/Thoracic/occassional general
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.  (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)       
  • Primary procedures completed are orthopedics, plastic surgery and ENT (pediatric and adult).
  • The primary focus for CV OR tech would include open heart procedure, thoracic, some robotic, vascular
 
Requirements:
  • Years of Experience : 2 Years
  • Experience working in large hospital (250+ beds) and level 2 or higher facility
  • Minimum 2 years CVOR experience
  • BLS.
  • Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry one week prior to start date.
