Block scheduling?) 12s 7a-7p; 9a-9p; 10s 7a-5p. Mostly Self Schedule, generally no block scheduling Weeknight/Call Requirements yes- 3-4 shift/6w Weekend/Call Requirements No- unless need help Holiday/Call Requirements yes What is call response time? 2h Floating Requirements no floating within facility; If an extreme need would have to float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN Scrub Color/Dress Code Blue surgical scrubs- provided Unit/Department specific orientation 2 days
