What Youll Do:
Assist in surgical procedures with competence and professionalism
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and disinfection of surgical equipment and supplies
Scrub in for surgeries and support physicians during procedures
Help maintain a sterile environment and assist with specimen handling
Support departmental operations and ensure supplies are available
Adhere to safety protocols across all procedures
Maintain required clinical knowledge and certifications
What You Need:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist
High school diploma or equivalent, plus graduation from an accepted surgical technology program
2+ years of surgical tech experience
BLS certification
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with good judgment
