What You’ll Do

• Assist surgeons during various procedures, ensuring procedural flow and patient safety
• Prepare and handle surgical equipment and supplies, maintaining sterilization and quality standards
• Maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases
• Ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes and related devices
• Support the day-to-day operations of the surgical department
• Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to compliance standards and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 2 years of surgical tech experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment in clinical settings

Preferred:

• Experience with endoscopic procedures
