Long-term opportunity (36-month position)
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment

Requirements
Surgical Technologist certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent Surgical Technologist experience strongly preferred
Current AHA BLS certification required
Experience in an acute care surgical setting preferred
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Surgical Technologist with strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain an efficient operating room environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
Adaptable and comfortable supporting a variety of surgical specialties
