    Job Title: Surgical Technologist

    Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and healthcare professionals during surgical procedures. Your attention to detail, knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures, and commitment to patient safety will be essential in this role.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficient in surgical instruments and equipment

    • Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control

    • Functions appropriately in a crisis/emergency situation

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

    Requirements:

    Education/Certifications/License/Degrees:

    • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

    • Current Surgical Technologist Certification (CST)

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    Experience:

    • Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred

    • Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and specialties is a plus

    Certification Requirements:

    • Maintain current CST certification

    • Complete required continuing education and training as necessary

    State License Requirements:

    • Valid state Surgical Technologist license

    • Compliance with all state regulatory requirements
