Surgical Technologist Sr.

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments in compliance with safety standards
• Set up operating rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments
• Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Proven experience as a Scrub Tech across multiple surgical service lines
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and OR procedures.
