Location: Glendale Pathways Office (Employment will be near Surprise, AZ)

What You’ll Do: 

• Empower Independence:
  • Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.
• Build Meaningful Connections:
  • Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
• Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
  • Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate for Impact:
  • Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with Heart:
  • Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
  • Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Who You Are: 

A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others. Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact. Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques. Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills

• Available Schedules:
  • Opportunity A: Weekday Evening Shift
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday
    • Hours: Late afternoon to evening (typically 3:00/4:00 pm - 8:00/9:00 pm)
  • Opportunity B: Flexible Part-Time Shift
    • Schedule: Thursdays & Saturdays or Sundays
    • Hours: Flexible hours, with the potential for increased/longer hours as the role and working relationship evolve
