SECURITY CLEARANCE:Applicant must have le for a Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES:COMSEC Account management and performance.Development, administration, inspection, and correction of deficiencies of SURTASS security programs, procedures, and accounts.Training and qualifying COMSEC personnel.Verification and accountability of classified material inventory.Physical security compliance and verification.Developing and verification of Emergency Action Plans.Conducting periodic audits and inspections of all SURTASS security programs.Tracking, reporting and assisting in the SURTASS Vessels with Defense Courier Service deliveries.EXPERIENCE:Three (3) years of professional experience in a COMSEC program.Experience serving as a COMSEC Manager, preferred.Five (5) years of professional experience with personnel, information, and physical security.Experience servicing as a Physical Security Manager, preferred.EDUCATION:High School Diploma/GED.Bachelor's degree, preferred.Graduate of Navy Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager School.
