The Surveillance Operator uses video technology to support safe, secure, and well‑run casino and property operations, helping protect our guests, team members, and company assets. Starting Pay: $22.00
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and observations.
Ability to write neat, clear, and legible reports and maintain accurate written logs.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time while working in close proximity to other team members and effectively multitask in a monitoring environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Prior military, security, or law enforcement experience is preferred; computer handling experience is helpful.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License.

After completing required training, demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in monitoring all table games and gaming activities.
Monitor slot operations to identify irregular activity, ensure compliance with procedures, and protect company assets.
Observe cage, vault, and count room activities to support accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor non‑gaming areas of the property, including public spaces and back‑of‑house areas, to promote safety and security.
Complete accurate written logs detailing surveillance observations and activities during each shift.
Prepare clear, timely written reports documenting observations, incidents, and potential policy or procedural violations.
Perform all other duties as assigned in support of the Surveillance department and property operations.
