We are seeking a CAD Technician to join our Survey department as a Drafter.
- Prepare various surveys, including topographic, boundary, ALTA, subdivision plats, construction staking, easements, right-of-ways, and as-built surveys using survey data from the field.
- Read and interpret property legal descriptions and survey records.
- Handle projects across residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil3D; knowledge of Carlson is a bonus.
- Technical school degree or coursework in land surveying or civil engineering drafting preferred.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute and learn within a growing company.
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure project accuracy.
