Job Title: Survey CAD Technician Job Description Join a dynamic civil engineering consulting firm as a Survey CAD Technician at our north end office. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in CAD drafting for survey scopes and a preference for hands-on land survey experience, particularly in topographic mapping. Responsibilities + Support CAD drafting for survey scope projects. + Utilize Civil 3D for land surveying and drafting tasks. + Engage in topographic surveys and mapping. + Collaborate effectively with a long-tenured and cohesive team. Essential Skills + Minimum of 4 years of experience in Survey CAD drafting. + Proficiency in Civil 3D and boundary survey software. + Experience in topographic surveys and construction staking. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Hands-on experience with land development and AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Familiarity with Trimble and/or Carlson survey software. + Experience in layout mapping is preferred. Work Environment Work primarily at the Lynnwood office with the potential to work from Federal Way. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynnwood, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
