Our well-established partner/client is looking to add an experienced land survey technician to their team. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and will be able to work under the direction of the project manager on land development and public infrastructure projects.
Duties will include:- Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Surveys
- Preparation of Boundary and Topographic Surveys
- Preparation of Final Plats
Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge requirements:- Certification as an LSIT in Georgia is preferred, but not required
- minimum of 2 years of recent experience
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Must be proficient with field survey procedures
- Must be familiar with the MS Office software suite
- Ability to work within a team as well as an individual
- Attention to detail, organized, strong analytical skills
- A clean driving record is required
Salary Range-$50,000-$62,000
Location-Norcross, must be able to work in office
