Job Title: Survey CAD Technician
Job Description
The Survey CAD Technician uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support civil engineers and surveyors by producing high-quality drawings, layouts, and design documentation for survey, municipal, and land development projects. This role initially focuses on a large, high-profile survey project and then expands to a variety of civil and land development assignments. The position combines technical drafting expertise with strong collaboration skills to deliver accurate, timely, and client-focused design solutions.

Work Environment
The role is primarily office-based and supports a flexible, professional work schedule of approximately 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The first 90 days are fully in-office, five days per week, to support training and onboarding. After this initial period, the position offers a hybrid schedule with approximately three days in the office and two days working remotely each week, subject to project needs and performance. You will work with modern CAD tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and potentially MicroStation OpenRoads Designer, within a multidisciplinary environment that serves power and energy, municipal, land development, and oil and gas markets. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
