A Land Surveying Firm in Port St. Lucie, FL is looking for an AutoCAD Drafter with experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Drawing easement sketches, boundary surveys, and additional types of surveys
*Drawing and interpreting utility asbuilts
*Plotting, locating, and reading land descriptions regarding both easements and parcels of land
*Reviewing and applying Title documents and Table A items (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys)
Requirements:
*Proficient knowledge of creating as-builts, & topographic plats
*High Proficiency with AutoCAD for a surveying firm
