Survey Chainperson

This role is paid on an hourly basis with a range of $23.00 - $35.00 and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The expected approximate annualized compensation range is $47,840 - $72,800.

Summary of the Role

We are currently looking for a quality Survey Chainperson to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying. The right candidate will have a track-record for understanding the importance of ownership of a given project or task and the value of a quality deliverable to our diverse client base. Responsibilities

• Tasks will be associated with control surveys, GPS control, land corner recovery, ALTA surveys, property surveys, topography and existing conditions surveys, utility as-built and construction stakeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in surveying is preferred.
• Sufficient knowledge to assist the Survey Party Chief with survey related tasks in the field.
• Operational knowledge of Robotic Total Stations is preferred.
• Punctual
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.

This is a position based out of our Kent, WA office.
