Individual must be able to perform the following duties.
Use of CAD software and ability to draft and post process survey data. AutoCAD & Trimble TBC preferred,
ESRI ArcMap preferable.
Produce finished survey deliverables including but not limited to base mapping, topographic.
Develop construction stakeout upload files and hard sheets for survey crews.
Process and produce post-construction and AsBuilt data and drawings.
Provide and follow quality processes and procedures.
Effectively communicate and provide support to internal & external stakeholders and team members.
Assist with general office tasks, inventories, equipment shipping and other general support and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Preferred Minimum of 3 years of Survey Drafter / Data Technician / CAD experience.
Requires knowledge of both survey technology and basic civil engineering concepts.
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills, good mechanical, and computer skills.
A valid driver’s license is required.
