Looking to get into construction or surveying but don’t know where to start? This is it.

R&R Engineers Surveyors Inc. is hiring an entry-level Instrument Operator to join our field crew. You don’t need experience - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you’re reliable, like working outside, and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working outside with a small crew on job sites around the area
• Helping set up and use survey equipment (we’ll train you)
• Taking direction from the Crew Chief and learning on the job
• Assisting with measuring and marking points for construction projects
• Being part of the team that helps get projects built the right way

What we’re looking for:

• No experience needed—just a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic math skills
• Someone dependable who shows up ready to work

What the job is like:

• You’ll be on your feet most of the day (walking, lifting, kneeling)
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. at times
• Working outdoors in all kinds of weather (sun, wind, snow - it’s Colorado!)

Pay & schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• $20–$24 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available
