We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Office Technician to join our surveying team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our field survey crews and project delivery through technical office support, data processing, and CAD drafting.Responsibilities Process and analyze survey data collected from field crews using survey processing softwareCollect elevation and terrain data processing for topographic mapsPrepare survey plats, legal descriptions, records of surveys, and subdivision mapsPrepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3DMaintain survey records, project documentation, and file land court documentsPerform quality control checks on survey calculations and deliverablesCoordinate with field crews and project managersAssist with research of property records and land title documentsRequirements Associate's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in survey office operationsProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey processing software (Trimble Business Center or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsUnderstanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and boundary lawExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications Experience with boundary and ALTA surveysKnowledge of state-specific surveying regulationsFamiliarity with GIS softwareExperience with Trimble, Leica, or similar survey equipment data processing#J-18808-Ljbffr
