Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Survey Project Manager to their Chicago office. You will be part of a great culture and team environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide team leadership and supervise staff
Assist with business development for new and
existing clients
Develop budgets/proposals
Track costs/project budgets
Manage multiple large projects simultaneously
Plat creation, boundary calculations, and
oversight
Research public records (at recorders
office/online)
Requirements:
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
8+ years of land surveyor experience working in
Illinois
Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and
Trimble Business Center
Ability to operate Trimble robotic total
station and Trimble GPS equipment
