Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Survey Project Manager to their Chicago office.You will be part of a great culture and team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide team leadership and supervise staff
- Assist with business development for new and existing clients
- Develop budgets/proposals
- Track costs/project budgets
- Manage multiple large projects simultaneously
- Plat creation, boundary calculations, and oversight
- Research public records (at recorders office/online)
Requirements: - Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- 8+ years of land surveyor experience working in Illinois
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center
- Ability to operate Trimble robotic total station and Trimble GPS equipment
Salary is commensurate with experience.
