Job RequirementsThe Survey Technician position is responsible for assisting surveyor and/or designers to help identify property lines, right‑of‑way lines, easement boundaries, etc. for the design and/or construction of utilities.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesCollect boundary field evidence of monuments, topography, easements, and utility locates.Use GPS equipment to take accurate and detailed field notes.Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D for drafting, data processing, and importing.Work in field or office settings in variable amounts of time depending on project requirements.Coordinate with InterCon Designers on survey needs and schedules.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Required Knowledge/SkillsMinimum of two years of experience or two years of related schooling.Current Certified Survey Technician (CST) certification is a plus, or willingness to pursue after employment.Working knowledge of AutoCAD.Ability to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.Ability to work with other employees.Ability to self‑motivate when tasked with solo work opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.Position will work on projects primarily in Wisconsin.Equal Employment OpportunityInterCon Construction is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment on account of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, mental or physical disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by law.Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer ****#J-18808-Ljbffr
