Job Title: Survey Technician
Job Description
The Survey Technician supports field survey crews by assisting with sitework and construction layout, operating survey instruments, and collecting accurate field data. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn, eager to grow within the surveying field, and ready to contribute to a variety of projects involving foundations, utilities, grading, and site improvements.

Work Environment
This is an on-site, field-based role with typical hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday work depending on project needs. You will work primarily outdoors on active construction and sitework projects, using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and data collectors, and supporting office-based tasks with AutoCAD and Civil 3D as needed. The position offers a structured growth path with planned raises at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year, and regular opportunities for overtime, which is available weekly but not required. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, reliability, and professional development, providing a strong foundation for building a long-term career in surveying and civil construction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
