Survey Technician / Drafter

Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about producing high-quality survey drawings? We're looking for a Survey Technician/Drafter to join our team and help transform field data into accurate, professional survey deliverables.

What You'll Do

·         Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, and construction survey drawings.

·         Process and draft survey data using Carlson software.

·         Create plats, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, and record drawings.

·         Work closely with survey crews and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

·         Research deeds, plats, and public records as needed.
