    Description

    ResponsibilitiesTeach all aspects of properties of construction materials and related testing procedures for technicians.Teach all aspects of CAD software as applied to residential and commercial buildings.Provide classroom and laboratory instruction in both content areas.Perform additional duties as assigned and assist in emergency circumstances as required.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of related work experience.Ability to use instructional technologies.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Successful completion and passing of a criminal background check.Experience with surveying equipment, distance measurement, traversing, area computations, topographic map analysis, earthwork, and related topics.Knowledge of applied hydraulics, drainage, and water resource technology (preferred).Ability to run labs with surveying equipment.Work Schedule: Varies.Work experience in the use of surveying equipment, distance measurement, traversing, area computations, topographic map analysis, earthwork and other related topics is required.
