Estimated Hiring Salary Range: $41,600 - $50,286 Full Salary Range: $41,600 - $68,389

Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
This is primarily an outdoor position, with more than two-thirds of the work performed in varying weather conditions.

The City of Greensboro is looking for a Surveying Technician to join our Engineering and Inspections Department and play an important role in supporting the infrastructure that keeps our community moving.

As part of a two-person surveying crew, youll work alongside the Surveying Party Chief to collect accurate field information and support construction and development projects throughout Greensboro.

The Surveying Technician works as a member of the Engineering Divisions Surveying Section. The Surveying Section operates with two individuals per crew, providing an opportunity for hands-on collaboration and mentorship.
