Sushi Kashiba is looking for a sushi chef to work with Chef Kashiba and his team.
This is traditional, Edomae-style, nigiri sushi at the highest level. We do not do fusion rolls.
This position is full-time.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience working as a sushi chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Minimum of two years working in a restaurant
- Knowledge and interest in Japanese culture and cuisine
- Knife skills
- Flexible schedule
Compensation based on prior experience level. Hourly plus service charge and gratuity.
