- Must be able to make Sushi and Sashimi dishes according to company recipes
- Must have a great entertaining personality to meet, greet and chat with sushi guests
- Must be able to follow instructions from our Senior Chief Sushi Chef
- Must be able to clean fish from whole
- Must keep working are in a clean, neat and organized manner
- Must follow all North Carolina Sanitation laws
- Being Serv Safe Certified would be a Plus
- Must have knowledge Japanese Culture and Sushi Origins
- Must be creative in Sushi presentation
- Hourly salary can be negotiated for a candidate with more than 6 years of sushi making experience.
- Open until 9:00 pm Weekdays and 9:30 Weekends. No Late Nights
- 18% Gratuity automatically included on Parties of 6 or more
- We are willing to train if you have the aptitude
