Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Sustainability and ESG Supervisor to lead sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Sustainability and ESG Supervisor will oversee ESG reporting processes, drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance, and support cross-functional initiatives to reduce environmental impact and ensure regulatory compliance, and assist this Environmental, Health, and Safety Department as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements
- Own ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes across multiple operational areas
- Track, analyze, and report key environmental metrics including energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste reduction
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations/ESG reporting standards
- Support and coordinate internal and external ESG audits, assessments, and certifications
- Partner with Operations, Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to drive sustainability initiatives and improvements
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact through process improvements, waste reduction, and energy efficiency programs
- Develop and maintain ESG documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Support preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, and customer ESG requests
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging ESG best practices
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on sustainability initiatives and ESG requirements
- Assist leadership in setting sustainability goals and tracking progress against targets
- Participate in site audits, inspections, and environmental risk assessments
- Support vendor and supplier sustainability evaluations as needed
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental compliance, or related field
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
