The Opportunity

As a Sustainability - Capital Project and Infrastructure - Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing capital programs and projects, working closely with clients to analyze project needs, develop strategies for efficient delivery, and enhance project management practices. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm''s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with clients to optimize capital programs and projects for successful outcomes
• Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to inform project management practices
• Implementing process improvement techniques to streamline operations and drive business performance
• Managing project delivery by applying project management frameworks and methodologies
• Developing and maintaining project governance structures to mitigate risks and enhance project controls
• Leveraging data visualization software to create insightful reports and presentations
• Supporting business process consulting efforts to improve service delivery models
• Engaging in budgetary management to align project costs with strategic objectives
• Facilitating operational performance management to achieve desired business outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor''s degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
• Demonstrating proficiency in capital projects and infrastructure management
• Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving in operations
• Excelling in project management frameworks and methodologies
• Leveraging data analysis and interpretation for strategic insights
• Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
• Building meaningful client relationships through effective communication

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
