Job Title: Sustainability Data Manager
Duration:5 Months
Location: Westerville OH, 43082 (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Sustainability Data & Reporting Leadership:

• Lead the collection, management, validation, and reporting of environmental and sustainability-related data, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, utility consumption, and other Responsible Business performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, validation procedures, and governance processes that improve consistency, transparency, and completeness across global operations.
• Coordinate with facility managers, operations teams, and global stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve reporting quality.
• Maintain reporting-ready datasets and support documentation required for disclosures, audits, assurance activities, and management reporting.
• Lead management of facility environmental performance data to support operational performance monitoring, environmental objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Systems & Technology Ownership

• Serve as business owner and administrator for Responsible Business reporting and data management platforms, including Workiva ESG, utility management systems, reporting databases, and other sustainability data solutions.
• Lead system implementation, configuration, testing, governance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish system administration standards, user access controls, documentation, and support processes.
• Partner with IT, software providers, and business stakeholders to implement integrations, optimize workflows, and improve user adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and report solutions that improve efficiency, reporting quality, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Power BI dashboard development, analytics, and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and data management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, controls, validation, and reporting processes.
• Experience managing large, complex datasets across multiple business functions and geographic regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into practical data management and reporting solutions.
• Experience with enterprise reporting systems and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive business and sustainability outcomes

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 
 
 
Required Experience:

• 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise data management, reporting systems, business intelligence, analytics, enterprise applications, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise reporting or data management platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
• Experience implementing data governance, data quality, reporting controls, or business process frameworks.
• Experience supporting audit, assurance, compliance, regulatory, or reporting programs.
• Demonstrated success leading system implementations, reporting transformations, analytics initiatives, or process improvement projects
