EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $110,089 to $151,372 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sustainability Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability strategies and programs. This position drives environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, sustainability reporting, material compliance, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, this position integrates sustainability and material compliance into operations and business processes ensuring alignment with global environmental regulations, corporate CSR goals, and customer requirements.

Sustainability and Material Compliance Program Management (40%)
Regulatory Monitoring and Sustainability Governance (20%)

Lead collection, validation, analysis of sustainability and material compliance dataCross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field (or equivalent subject matter experience)EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
