Job Description
What you'll get to do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and quality issues in released products
- Execute ECOs, updating drawings, BOMs, and CAD models
- Perform root‑cause analysis on failures and manufacturing defects
- Drive cost‑reduction, obsolescence management, and yield improvements
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to ensure compliant product updates (ROHS, CE, REACH)
- Provide engineering support to ensure products are built to design intent
- Maintain engineering procedures, processes, and documentation
- Produce clear technical reports and project communication
