They design and build high-efficiency heating solutions for commercial and residential applications across North America.DescriptionIn this role you will report directly to the Engineering Director and be responsible for:Leading and mentoring a sustaining engineering team of 2-3, in supporting and improving existing products and systems.Driving issue resolution efforts by guiding root cause analysis and implementing corrective and improvement actions.Collaborating cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to maintain product reliability and performance.Overseeing engineering change activities and associated documentation to support ongoing product lifecycle needs.Providing technical direction in troubleshooting and problem-solving across complex mechanical and thermal systems.Supporting cost, supplier, and component lifecycle initiatives to ensure long-term product sustainability.Ensuring ongoing alignment with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and internal policies.Managing sustaining engineering activities while identifying and prioritizing continuous improvement opportunities.
